G2E News: G2E 2024 Tips & Tricks 

Whether you’re a G2E veteran or first-timer, planning for once you get on-site is crucial to a successful event. G2E team members and industry insiders have put together a list of tips and tricks to prep you for Global Gaming Expo 2024. 

Badge Pickup

Plan ahead to avoid long lines and get your badge early!

• Step 1: Make sure you are registered for G2E before you arrive on-site. This will help you save tremendous amounts of time and allow you to pick your badge up seamlessly once you arrive. Still haven’t registered for G2E? Make sure you do before you arrive on-site here>>.
• Step 2: Have your confirmation QR code and government-issued ID ready. To pick up your badge, you’ll need the confirmation QR code we sent you via email and a government-issued ID to verify it’s you who is picking up your badge. You may only print the badge associated with your photo ID.
• Step 3: GREEN means express, BLUE means assistance. If you have your QR code and are already registered, go to the GREEN registration area, and visit a registration kiosk, all badge types can print at any kiosk. If you still need to register or need assistance, go to the BLUE registration area. Check out the map below to see where each area is located.

• Step 4: Come early to avoid lines! Come before the rush and pick up your badge. G2E registration opens on Sunday, October 6 at 1:00 PM PT. Registration hours for attendees are: 
  • Sunday, October 6: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Monday, October 7: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday, October 8: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday, October 9: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday, October 10: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

If you need help on-site, be on the lookout for the G2E Ask Me Staff wearing blue shirts. They can answer any questions and provide direction. 

If you’re a member of the G2E Platinum Club, you can pick up your badge in the G2E Platinum Club Lounge in Venetian Ballroom I.

If you are a speaker, you can pick up your badge at the Education Office & Speaker Lounge, sponsored by AdRoll, in Veronese 2406.

If you are a member of the Media, you can pick up your badge in the Media Lounge, sponsored by DraftKings, in Venetian Ballroom G.
