G2E is presented by the American Gaming Association (AGA) and organized by RX and provides the entire global gaming community access to the latest innovations and trends through exploring new technologies, unparalleled networking opportunities, and thought-provoking education shaping the future of gaming. ​

G2E will welcome over 25,000 global gaming professionals from around the world bringing together the global casino gaming community by convening the industry in Las Vegas, the undisputed gaming capital. This year’s event will welcome visitors and exhibitors from 117 countries, territories, and regions with regulated gaming jurisdictions, featuring over 400 exhibitors, more than 100 education sessions, and 300+ speakers. 

Once you have completed your registration for Global Gaming Expo 2025 and payment has been received, we recommend providing the Global Gaming Expo 2025 Facts & Information set forth above alongside your registration confirmation to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate reviewer as additional documentation during the visa process.

International Exhibitors participating at G2E 2025 can obtain an invitation letter during the exhibitor registration process.

All registrants will need to be contracted for booth space with the required deposit and provide their exhibiting company information to be eligible to request an invitation letter from the show organizers.
