Dear Exhibitor:
Thank you for choosing to exhibit at and support G2E 2009. We appreciate your participation in the industry's premier event and look forward to seeing you November 17-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
What's New This Year!
In our continued commitment to deliver you a new experience each year and respond to your feedback, we are delighted to tell you about a number of new and exciting things that we have in store for you this year.
- Expanded show hours on day one (10am - 5pm) and shorter hours on day three (10am - 3pm)
- G2E Express Badge returns—to expedite registration and check in, no badges will be mailed in advance (certain exceptions apply to VIP attendees.) This means you will not receive a paper badge in the mail prior to the event but you will receive an email confirmation with a bar code that serves as your G2E Express Badge. This email confirms your registration and must be brought on site to pick up your badge.
- Co-marketing with the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), which is taking place in the South Halls during G2E.
- New Exhibitor Pavilion.
- G5—Global Gaming Galaxy located in Hall C5—an all-new area where you'll discover new and unique exhibitors along with one-of-a-kind entertainment experiences. More information coming soon!
- All-new G2E Variety Entertainment Showcase Stage.
- All-new G2E Advanced Gaming Institute now geared toward executive level professionals for advanced industry learning.
How To Use Your Exhibitor Manual
This Exhibitor Manual provides you with all of the information you need to ensure a smooth exhibiting experience—from Rules and Regulations, and Marketing and Sponsorship Information, to Show Products and Services Order Forms, and more. Here's how you should use your Exhibitor Manual:
- Refer to the Exhibitor Action Checklist
Use this for easy reference for important deadlines—it can help save you money in some cases!
- Review the Entire Manual (Read A-Z Guide)
Take the time to review all sections—there is important information in each and brief descriptions of services, regulations, and procedures required for you to exhibit. Be sure to pass any information to colleagues who may need to know more about such things as Marketing and Sponsorship Information.
NOTE: There is a new utility contractor responsible for electric, plumbing, water and drain. Go to SECTION 9 for more information and order forms.
F&B at G2E Exhibitors: See the F&B at G2E Information section for important tips to make your exhibiting experience as smooth as possible.
If you have any questions, contact the G2E Event Management Team at any time—we're here to help! Our contact information can be found in the General Information section.
We look forward to working with you and thank you again for your support. See you at G2E in November!
The G2E Event Management Team
P.S. Important: G2E exhibitors in the Central Halls are not allowed into the North Hall (F&B at G2E and Entertainment Arena at G2E.) Please be respectful of fellow exhibitors who want to conduct business with their target audience.
